|Charles “Chuck” Neff|
Charles (“Chuck”) Neff joined FTGU in September, 2015 serving as a Client Liaison assisting with client relationships and operational process improvements. Since January, 2016, as Director of the OON Business Unit, Chuck was responsible for dramatically improving the BU’s reporting, deliverables and operational efficiency. Chuck used his extensive and diverse background in Healthcare administration/management to impact FTGU processes and culture with alacrity.
Prior to joining FTGU, Chuck served as Client Executive for Dell/Perot Systems. He was responsible for account management, financial performance and customer satisfaction for his portfolio of customer accounts. Dell’s scope of services included outsourced revenue cycle management for a variety of healthcare clients including several medical billing companies. During his tenure, he renewed service agreements and led turn-around efforts (both financial performance and customer satisfaction) for assigned accounts added to his portfolio. Prior to joining Dell Services, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a start-up provider of diagnostic sleep studies. Chuck led the turn-around effort which led to the successful sale of the company.
Previous roles included being a hospital administrator, general manager of a health maintenance organization and various executive level roles in consulting with physicians and group practice management.
