Tracey has 25+ years’ experience in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management, including nearly all sites of care and specialties. She was most recently VP, Revenue Cycle at TridentUSA Health Service, the largest provider of mobile laboratory and x-ray services in the post-acute care setting. In this role, Tracey was charged with leadership on redesign of entire billing process to achieve improved results, AR recovery for the legacy system, development of a centralized billing team and the development of an enterprise billing platform.
Prior to joining TridentUSA, Tracey led Revenue Cycle Management for Hill Rom, the leading provider of Wound Therapy Support Surfaces for the treatment of Pressure Ulcers. During her time with Hill Rom, she redesigned the entire patient qualification, clinical review, and billing and collection process while implementing a Corporate Integrity Agreement. As a result, Hill Rom achieved and overall improvement in billing timeliness by 75%, reduction of bad debt by 50% and successful completion of all requirements of the CIA.
Tracey also served as VP, Revenue Cycle Management for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy with over 550 FTE and responsibility for $13B in annual revenue. Prior to this she spent 12 years in progressive roles with Lash Group focused on supporting healthcare providers, patients and manufacturers in ensuring access and appropriate reimbursement for new technologies. She started her career with 10 years in hospital and home infusion billing office management.
